Build the Systems
Revenue Depends On

Salesforce • Revenue Operations • GTM Systems • Automation & AI

I help companies improve the systems, processes and technology behind how they generate, manage and grow revenue.

From Salesforce and CRM architecture to sales processes, automation, reporting and AI, I turn operational complexity into systems that work.

Hi, I'm Marc Victor.

I'm a Salesforce-certified Senior Business Systems and Revenue Systems professional with more than 10 years of experience working across Salesforce, RevOps, GTM systems, Sales Operations, CPQ, lead-to-cash processes, reporting, business process design and system delivery.

My role has consistently been to bridge the gap between business teams and technology.

I work with stakeholders to understand what the business is trying to accomplish, map the underlying process, identify where systems are creating friction, and translate those needs into practical improvements.

I have worked in enterprise and technology environments associated with organizations including:

• Johnson & Johnson | Shockwave Medical

• Palo Alto Networks

• Mojo Networks

• WhiteHat Security

My experience spans business requirements, Salesforce configuration, process mapping, UAT, release readiness, integrations, data quality, reporting, workflow design and post-launch improvement.

I Help Improve the Systems Behind Revenue.

My work sits at the intersection of business operations, Salesforce, revenue processes and technology.

I help companies improve how leads, opportunities, data, people and systems move through the revenue lifecycle.

Salesforce & CRM

I help improve Salesforce configuration, sales processes, lead and opportunity management, workflows, reporting, data quality, user experience and system adoption.

Revenue Operations

I help improve lead lifecycle management, pipeline processes, handoffs, reporting, forecasting and the operational workflows supporting revenue.

GTM Systems

I help align the technology supporting marketing, sales, customer operations and revenue so systems work together instead of creating more friction.

Automation & AI

I help identify repetitive processes that can be automated and practical opportunities where AI can support better execution.

Revenue Operations

Connect the people, processes and systems behind revenue. Revenue problems rarely belong to one department. Marketing generates demand. Sales works opportunities. Operations supports the process. Customer teams inherit the relationship. Leadership needs visibility across all of it.

I help companies improve:

• Lead lifecycle management

• Lead routing and assignment

• Pipeline management

• Sales processes

• Marketing-to-sales handoffs

• Sales-to-customer handoffs

• Forecasting processes

• Revenue reporting

• Operational workflows

• Process standardization

GTM Systems

Turn disconnected tools into a coordinated revenue technology ecosystem. Most companies don't operate with one application. They operate with Salesforce, marketing platforms, customer systems, contract tools, scheduling applications, reporting platforms, automation and increasingly AI. I help companies understand how those systems should work together to support the customer and revenue lifecycle.

Automation & AI

Automate repetitive work. Keep people focused on valuable work.

I identify opportunities to use automation and AI to improve:

CRM workflows

Lead follow-up

Lead routing

Notifications

Data management

Operational processes

Sales productivity

Customer handoffs

Reporting

AI-assisted workflows

The goal isn't automation for its own sake.

The goal is a better business process.

Does Any of This Sound Familiar?

“Our Salesforce environment has become too complicated.”

Processes accumulate. Fields multiply. Workarounds become permanent.

I help determine what's actually necessary and what can be simplified, redesigned or automated.

“Our salespeople don't trust the CRM.”

That's rarely solved by telling people to use Salesforce more.

We look at usability, process design, data requirements and whether the CRM actually supports how people sell.

“We're getting leads, but follow-up is inconsistent.”

We examine what happens from inquiry through qualification, routing, follow-up and conversion — and identify where the process breaks down.

“Leadership can't trust the pipeline.”

A new dashboard won't fix bad underlying processes.

We examine stages, ownership, data, workflows and reporting so leadership gets information it can actually use.

“We're doing too much manually.”

If employees repeatedly copy information, update spreadsheets, send the same messages or perform predictable administrative work, there may be an opportunity to automate it.

“Our systems don't work together.”

We map the business process across the technology stack and identify where integration, automation or process redesign can remove friction.

“We want to use AI, but don't know where it actually makes sense.”

We start with the business problem — not the AI tool — and identify where AI can produce practical operational value.

The Technology Isn't the Starting Point.

The business process is.

One of the biggest mistakes organizations make is beginning with:

“What should Salesforce do?”

I start with a different question:

“How should the business work?”

Then we determine what Salesforce, automation, AI and the rest of the technology stack should do to support it. Because automating a poorly designed process doesn't fix the process. It simply makes the bad process run faster.

How I Work with Business + Technology

01 — Understand

First, I learn how your organization actually operates.

Not just how the process documentation says it works.

How it really works.

02 — Map

We identify the people, processes, data, systems, handoffs and dependencies involved.

That makes the real problem visible.

03 — Design

We define the future-state process and determine what the technology needs to support.

04 — Build & Improve

Depending on the engagement, this may include:

Salesforce configuration, process redesign, automation, requirements, integrations, reporting, testing, UAT, documentation or coordination between business and technical teams.

05 — Measure

Deployment isn't the finish line.

The real question is:

Did we make the business work better?

I understand both sides of the table. A technical specialist can understand the software while missing the business problem. A business specialist can understand the problem while struggling to translate it into system requirements. My career has been built between those two worlds.

I've worked across:

Salesforce • CRM • Business Systems • Revenue Operations • Sales Operations • GTM Systems • CPQ • Process Design • Requirements • UAT • Automation • Customer Success Systems

That experience has reinforced one principle: Successful systems aren't designed around technology alone.

They're designed around people, processes, data and business outcomes.

My Salesforce Credentials

• Salesforce Certified Administrator

• Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator

• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder

• Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant

• Salesforce Trailhead 5-Star Ranger

Certifications demonstrate platform knowledge. But the larger value is knowing how to translate a business objective into a process — and a process into a system people can actually use.

Who I Help

Growing Companies.

You have outgrown spreadsheets, disconnected applications, informal processes or the Salesforce environment you originally built.

Sales & Revenue Leaders

You need better pipeline visibility, stronger processes, more reliable reporting or less manual work.

Salesforce Organizations

You already have Salesforce, but you know the organization isn't getting everything it should from the platform.

Operations Teams

Your business is becoming more complex and the systems supporting it need to mature.

Executives

You need someone who can understand the business problem and communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.

Companies Preparing to Scale

You're adding customers, employees, products or markets and need stronger operational infrastructure before complexity becomes expensive.

You Don't Need to Know What the Solution Is.

You don't need to arrive with a Salesforce specification. You don't need to know whether the problem is CRM, process, data, automation, integration, RevOps or AI. Start with what's happening in the business.

Tell me:

What's taking too long?

What's too manual?

Where are people getting frustrated?

What can't leadership see?

Where are opportunities getting stuck?

What should your systems be doing that they aren't doing today?

From there, we can determine what the actual problem is — and whether I'm the right person to help solve it.

Tell Me What You're Working On.

No complicated intake process.

Start with the business problem.
